VIDEO PRODUCTION AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in our Video Production Services. To secure your selected date and time, please submit the agreement below.


DEPOSIT

After your agreement is submitted, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the project price. Your selected date and time for video production will not be secured until we receive your 50% deposit.  Upon the final completion and delivery of the video product the remaining 50% of the Project Price shall be immediately due and payable. All deposits are non-refundable.


WAIVERS AND HIPAA

Client shall assist Producer in obtaining all necessary waivers for the use of the likeness of individuals. Client and Producer shall cooperate in ensuring HIPAA compliance and obtaining all waivers and releases required by HIPAA.


UNFORSEEN DELAYS

Producer shall not be liable for any delay in production due to severe weather, shortage of materials or any other force majeure event. In the likeliness of these events the deposit amount can be used as a credit to the client for use in that same amount within one year from the hire date.


TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SHOOT OR CHANGE YOUR SHOOT PACKAGE

Changes to initial product or video package may be modified only by email to Core Creative executed by reps from both parties. To reschedule your shoot, please provide email notice as soon as possible. Each rescheduled shoot with more than 48 hours notice will incur a $100 fee. All shoots rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $350 fee. Deposit amount (minus reschedule fee) can be used by the client for equal value as a credit within one year from hire date.


REVISIONS

All video shoots and packages (with the exception of the full day package) include one round of revisions. Additional revision rounds will be billed at $125 per hour (in 30 minute increments). The client has 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to submit their first round of edits. After 10 days, a $50 per day late fee will apply until edits are received. Edits will be completed upon receipt. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all parties providing feedback consolidate their input before submitting each round of revisions
